All of the classic ingredients, upgraded and tweaked just enough to create a light & airy crust that has that perfect balance of taste, crunch and chew.

Sicilian - $28 (14" x 14" Square)

The Square. This is the real deal.  It's Thick & Saucy.  Like my Ex.  

Nonna - $30 (14" x 14" Square)

Sublime home-style pie with fresh garlic, fresh mozzarella and hand crushed tomato.  We only make a few of these a day so it's best to order a day or two ahead of time if you really want it.

Chicago Deep Dish - $36 (13" Round x 2" Deep)

This Jersey Boy is not afraid of Deep Dish.  You shouldn’t be either.  Try it with our Della Barba House Sausage, Meatball or go with the Spinach Ricotta.  

Detroit - $26 (10" x 14" Rectangle)

Cooked in traditional heavy steel, this pie is topped with Wisconsin Brick Cheese, a hint of Cheddar & our Detroit Tomato Sauce.
